YORKSHIRE FAMILY HISTORY (YFH) PUBLICATIONS
As already described elsewhere within these web pages our clients for whom we conduct family research investigations receive the benefit of our very extensive in-house research facility that includes not only much primary research material but a variety of secondary research material in the form of indexes and databases. However, we also have many volumes within our research library, which include such items as Commercial Trade and Street Directories dating from the 19C and many topographical volumes of Yorkshire interest. We are constantly being asked to look up an entry within these volumes, for which I might add we often do not make a charge. Many of these volumes are scarce and often unavailable and therefore we have embarked upon a project of scanning some of these volumes with a view to making them available for purchase on CD. This will be an ongoing but very likely a slow process as our main function is of course to research family history. However, when we are able, we will make these volumes available. Currently, we have a small number of these volumes already published and these are now presented on these pages.
